Reed Bunting’s delivery methodology is based on a top-down service oriented review of the critical areas where the Agile Infrastructure Solutions can be implemented quickest.

1. Discovery Phase

Initial phase to gain an understanding of the business requirements and the way IT is responding to those needs.

IT operations organisation structure
The Application Lifecycle Management process map
The Change and Release processes maps
Identify existing tools and point solutions in place to deliver infrastructure services
Understand the construction of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

2. Right Practice Services

In our client engagements, we often encounter complex architectures operated from a set of best practices defined by each vendor looking at a point solution in the architecture. This results in often conflicting recommendations adding additional complexity to the architecture resulting in increased costs and a poor quality of service.
